In Houston, that's certainly true of the hats, the boots and the servings of barbecue. But the saying also applies to an unexpected public art program that's taking over the streets of downtown. Recently, 100 international artists transformed 20,000 square feet of wall space into city-sanctioned street art for the second annual Houston Urban Experience (HUE) Mural Festival.
